Ideagen is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to manage day-to-day operations of Gainsight CS and Kantata. This hands-on position will focus on ensuring system reliability and improving features while effectively collaborating with team members.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience and be proficient in Gainsight CS, Salesforce integrations, and report creation.

The role includes supporting cross-platform operations and training users. Located in Morong, Bataan, Philippines.
