Position Overview

  1. Provide support to Key Account Managers in the dedicated area.
  2. Liaise with the sales department to allow an efficient process to acknowledge the new signed contracts, renewals, etc.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Opening and extending the accesses for the customers or prospects.
  2. Assist the sales team in managing daily administrative tasks such as coordination of software contract renewals in Salesforce.
  3. Manage SaaS contract renewals for a portfolio of clients.
  4. Monitor and track sales data to prepare reports to help with account management.
  5. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide product information and assistance, as needed.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and interactions in our CRM system.
