- Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to Company/Customer safety standards, procedures, and legal regulations; proactively identifies and communicates potential hazards or concerns.
- Performs all assigned duties in alignment with TEAM’s Core Values.
- Provides guidance to job site supervisors regarding safe work practices.
- Promptly addresses and resolves safety concerns identified in the field.
- Communicates regularly with management and clients regarding safety‑related activities, updates, and progress.
- Conducts routine safety inspections at jobsites and documents findings accordingly.
- Investigates, documents, and follows up on all work‑related incidents, including injuries and accidents.
- Initiates and maintains required records related to accidents and near misses; ensures timely reporting to corporate safety.
