The Role:

The Sales Admin Assistant is an entry-level role responsible for providing administrative support to the sales and sales support team such as responding to inquiries or correspondences, data entry of incoming orders, or preparing reports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Department, including Inside and Outside Sales teams
  • Manage order desk communications and support external sales portals
  • Receive, sort, and route incoming order desk emails to the appropriate team members
  • Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Use CRM systems to manage orders, maintain records, and support customer communication
  • Coordinate regularly with Accounting and Shipping teams for order processing and fulfillment
