Job Summary

The Sales Administration Assistant supports the sales team by managing vehicle registration documents, preparing sales contracts and invoices, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient sales process operations.

Responsibilities
  • Collate vehicle registration documents such as VPC, Insurance, TCOE, and ACRA from customers or finance companies to prepare for vehicle registration
  • Issue invoices and delivery orders, and compile them into delivery pouches for Sales Consultant distribution
  • Prepare Vitas documentation for vehicle inspection and submit to LTA
  • Prepare and submit documentation for new vehicle registrations accurately and timely
