Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in qualifying leads and gathering basic technical requirements for electrical and mechanical projects
  • Conduct initial customer engagement to understand needs and project scope
  • Prepare quotations, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and basic technical proposals using standard templates
  • Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to verify specifications, pricing, and project timelines
  • Maintain accurate records of customers, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Organize and manage technical and commercial documentation (drawings, datasheets, proposals, contracts)
  • Support tender submissions and ensure compliance with documentation requirements
  • Liaise with Accounts to provide necessary documents (POs, DOs, approvals) for invoicing and payment tracking
  • Assist in order processing and ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution
