RESPONSIBILITIES



Facility Data Verification & Maintenance

• Review assigned links, directories, and sources to verify whether dental facilities already exist in the system.

• Validate and update existing facility records, ensuring contact details and required information are accurate and complete.

• Create new facility profiles in the system when records do not yet exist.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date records to support sales readiness.



Data Quality & Accuracy

• Ensure all mandatory fields are completed according to established data standards.

• Cross-check information across multiple sources before saving or updating records.

• Identify and flag inconsistent, unclear, or missing data for further review.

• Maintain high accuracy levels while meeting productivity targets.
