Job Description
**Responsible for defining the processes and policies of the DDS (Direct Distribution to Store) administration. Provide direction to the Associates to guarantee the achievement of the channel's sales objectives in an efficient and sustainable manner, in addition secure the tools and services for the DDS sales force.**:
**What are we looking for?**:
- Academic Graduate (bachelor's degree), with +6-7 years of experience in Sales - Sales Operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and especially Excel for data manipulation, visualizations, and complex custom reports, Power Bi is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Spanish and English).
- Experience in sales operations.
- Strong background of route to market.
- Deep understanding of different Sales Channels.
- Managing and measuring work (metrics - kpis construction and follow up).
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and dealing with ambiguity.
