Position Summary
The Sales Administrator supports the sales and operations teams by managing retailer item setups, customer orders, product data, reporting, and sales support activities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate product and pricing information across multiple retail channels, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring efficient execution of sales operations, customer service, and logistics processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in working with retailer portals, CRM/ERP systems, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
