Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations based on customer enquiries
  • Process purchase orders and arrange shipments according to shipping instructions
  • Coordinate with customers on cargo readiness and shipment schedules
  • Liaise with the Sales PIC regarding operational matters
  • Coordinate with GB/DSS regarding parts enquiries, orders and shipment arrangements
  • Issue invoices according to supplied items
  • Monitor outstanding payments using updated account statements
  • Address customer questions related to accounts or sales products
  • Handle customer complaints and provide after-sales support when needed
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the department head
