About the Position

Altra is looking for an exceptional Sales Coordinator to join our ALTRA Spain team based in Barcelona.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to the Area Sales Manager across commercial, operational, and analytical activities in the Spanish retail market.
• Handle day‑to‑day coordination with El Corte Inglés (ECI) and other retail partners, ensuring excellence in execution, sell‑through tracking, order management, communication flow, and retail training programs.
• Deliver brand and product training sessions to store staff, elevating in‑store knowledge and consumer experience.
• Support the Area Sales Manager in:
• Coordinating assortments, order follow‑up, seasonal planning and business analysis.
• Preparing commercial sell‑in materials, product decks and presentations.
• Ensuring pricing, promotions and merchandising guidelines are followed consistently in stores.
