Looking to hire a full-time sales coordinator with 1-3 years of experience of order management, logistics coordination, and customer service. Must be fluent in English and able to operate during US Pacific working hours!
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist sales team with daily sales activities, including order processing, customer service, and logistics coordination.
- Maintain and update sales trackers and customer records for accuracy and accessibility.
- Coordinate with other departments (warehouse, logistics, supply chain) to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and distribute sales materials and presentations.
- Complete vendor forms and handle customer inquiries promptly.
