Key Responsibilities
  • OrderManagement & Fulfillment: Process sales orders, prepare quotations, and track deliveries from initiation to completion.
  • CustomerSupport: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding products, accounts, or issue resolution.
  • SalesAdministration: Manage and organize sales records, update CRM databases, and prepare sales reports or presentations.
  • Cross-DepartmentCollaboration: Work with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure pricing and delivery terms are met.
  • Trade Documentation: Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and manage logistics tracking (especially for import/export).
