Job Description
- Assist sales team in managing schedules and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate communication between departments to enhance sales efficiency.
- Support client relationships through follow-ups and feedback collection.
- Acts as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory
- Identifies local business opportunities and challenges
- Reports on territory sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
- Presents our products and services to prospective customers
- Identifies customer needs and recommend product solutions
- Works closely with Sales Supervisor and Sales Assistants to meet individual and group sales quotas
- Collaborates with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach
