About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth order execution, timely communication, and coordination with customers and internal teams. The role plays a key part in maintaining efficiency in the sales process and improving customer satisfaction.
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team and customers for order-related activities
Handle order processing, entry, and tracking in the system
Follow up on dispatch status, delivery timelines, and pending orders
Work closely with PPC, Accounts, and Logistics teams for smooth execution
Ensure timely sharing of invoices, packing lists, and order updates
Maintain and update sales MIS reports and data records
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
Track delays and highlight issues to ensure on-time order completion
