Responsibilities:





  • Individual SDR Contribution: Act as a player-coach, actively engaging in prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification activities to generate new business opportunities in the India region.




  • Performance Optimization: Collaborate with leadership to set targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to improve the SDR team's efficiency and effectiveness.




  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and sales development teams to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging, and lead handoff processes.




  • Market Insights: Provide valuable feedback from the India market to help refine our sales and marketing approaches.




  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to the SDR process, tools, and training programs.
