Job Description
Our client is a fast-growing healthcare technology company focused on connecting nursing homes and long-term care facilities with qualified staffing solutions. They are scaling their U.S. outreach and seeking skilled SDRs to drive discovery calls and booked meetings with directors of nursing and administrators. This role is critical to expanding access to their services while maintaining high-quality, personalized outreach. Need to have qualifications:
1+ year of experience as an SDR or in high-volume outbound sales, preferably with U.S. healthcare providers or related organizations
Proven track record of making 130–150+ calls per day and booking qualified meetings
Excellent English communication skills with minimal accent, both verbal and written
Ability to follow structured scripts while maintaining a natural, persuasive tone
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
