Development Sales Representative – Iberian Market (Barcelona)

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, results‑oriented Development Sales Representative to build new customer relationships throughout the Iberian market by prospecting SMEs. The role focuses on initiating B2B engagement, maintaining pipeline, and collaborating with marketing.

Your Day‑to‑Day

  • Identify and nurture new business opportunities.
  • Prospect mid‑market companies across multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn).
  • Create and execute outbound campaigns to build a healthy pipeline.
  • Engage leads through follow‑up communications and social selling.
  • Collaborate with marketing for outreach campaigns and events.
  • Maintain Salesforce data accurately.
  • Participate in 1:1 and team meetings and continuous training sessions.
