Role Overview

The Sales Enablement Specialist will support the execution of Strada’s sales enablement programs, helping to equip sellers with the tools, content, and training they need to perform effectively. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone building a career in enablement, sales operations, or go‑to‑market strategy. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Sales Enablement, the Specialist will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to support onboarding, training coordination, content management, and enablement program delivery. This role is execution‑focused, with opportunities to grow into owning programs over time.
