Job Description

Sales & Customer Management Respond to customer enquiries (email, phone, website) within company SOP timelines Understand and qualify customer valve specifications - size, pressure class, material, standard, certification requirements Prepare and issue professional quotations using SGVALVES templates Follow up on quotations, manage negotiations, and close orders Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts across Singapore and Southeast Asia Technical & Sourcing Review and interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, and international valve standards (API, BS, DIN, JIS, AWWA) Coordinate with the procurement team to source from our global manufacturer network (Tier 1, 2, and 3 suppliers) Evaluate supplier quotations for technical compliance, certification scope, lead time, and price Support the preparation of technical submittals, datasheets, and compliance documents CRM & Administration Log all enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer interact...
