About this Position

Achieve sales targets in Malaysia through the development of both new and existing markets and applications using IPR OPEX technologies (Loctite Protective Coatings, CSNRI and SFL) at end use level to protect and repair assets throughout the industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Owns sales targets, key accounts, demand generation, and strategy execution.
  • Delivers accurate sales forecasts and ensures achievement of business plans and targets.
  • Drives activities to meet customer expectations and business objectives.
  • Leads customer innovation initiatives through technical days and strategic discussions.
  • Reviews account, prospect, and project performance against plans on a regular basis.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to support regional, global, and business unit strategies.
