ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and delivery-orientedSales Excellence Analystto join our commercial technology team. This role will actively support multi-country SFA rollout projects, working closely with global and local business stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment, adoption, and stabilization of SFA solutions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum3 years of experiencein SFA, CRM, or commercial IT solutions (FMCG experience is a strong plus)
  • Hands-on experience supporting or deliveringrollout projectsacross multiple countries or business units
  • Strong understanding offield sales processes(route planning, visit execution, orders, promotions, KPIs)
  • Experience working with vendors and global IT teams
