Job Description

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)

 At least 1–3 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or account management

(logistics experience is an advantage)

 Strong understanding of logistics operations (warehousing, transport, distribution) is a plus

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills

 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email); experience with WMS/TMS is an

advantage

 Highly organized and able to manage multiple client accounts

 Identify and develop new business opportunities for warehousing, transport, and logistics services

 Manage client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow through on sales leads
