Job Description
Responsibilities:
Sales Order:
- Receive and process Sales Orders upon receipt of Purchase Order
- Distribute SO to relevant parties when created
- Follow up on Sales Order
- Follow up on Shipping Instruction
Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA):
- Work closely with QA/Engineering/Procurement on the handling of all warranty parts returned by customers’
File Management:
- Spare Parts Database: To review Pricing & Maintain Spare Part List & Cost
- SO Database: Up to date database management on yearly basis
- Other Internal Database: Invoice /Airway Bill / Item receive / Date
Exhibition:
- To be the point of contact for all shows participated by Greatech under the lead of a Sales Manager
- Pro-actively seek direction and decision from lead of exhibitions for all exhibitions related matters
