Sales Executive

Role Purpose:

Incumbent will be involved in helping customers showcase the right jewellery, answering queries, processing transactions, and maintaining the store's appearance by stocking shelves and arranging displays, aiming to provide excellent customer service and drive sales.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection, including knowledge on products and styles.
• Handle customer inquiries and accommodate special requests or additional services.
• Maintain deep knowledge of products, styles and trends to recommend and assist clients warmly.
