Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
• Prepare quotations and handle negotiations
• Provide after sales follow-up on quality issues
• Maintain and grow current contract base by capturing new customers and sustaining existing customers
• Preparation and follow-up of contract quotation
• Co‑coordinate with the team to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of contract execution
• Other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent
• Pleasant personality with capability to effectively communicate with customers
• Fast learner and able to work independently
