Job Description

Responsibilities:



  • Welcome and approach mall visitors to promote and sell photo booth services.




  • Explain pricing packages, offers, and special promotions to customers.




  • Assist customers with operating the photo booth when required.




  • Ensure the booth is clean, presentable, and in good working condition at all times.




  • Handle cash, digital payments, and maintain accurate sales records.




  • Achieve daily/weekly sales targets set by the management.




  • Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve service.




  • Report any technical or operational issues promptly.


  • Requirements:


  • Minimum 6 months – 1year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
