- Plan technical and operational handling flows before handing over tasks to the operations team.
- Estimate and monitor shipment costs to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee all shipment processes from start to finish.
- Ensure smooth operations that meet timelines and service quality standards.
- Serve as the liaison between shippers (customers) and internal departments, such as operations, finance, and other related divisions.
