Overview

Lutron is seeking a data driven Sales Intelligence Analyst to join our Sales Information Action Center (SIAC) team located at our A3E Service Center located in Gurgaon, India. In this role, you will employ your technical and analytical skills to support the growth of our business.


You will be responsible for partnering with sales leadership, data engineers, and the business unit to develop our business intelligence platform and provide meaningful insights and analyses on our sales performance and leading indicators. You will use your excellent Lutron systems skills and strong curiosity to learn the business.

  • Develop data products to be used by our sales team, the forecasting team and our business unit
  • Monitor and maintain the accuracy of the Distribution sales pipeline
