Sales Intern (Immediate Joiners)

Location - Dehradun, Roorkee, Gwalior, Haridwar, Bhubaneswar, Jalandhar, Bangalore, Delhi, Jaipur, Ghaziabad, Indore Role Overview: The intern will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end loan facilitation process at assigned educational institute partners. The role involves direct customer interaction, clear communication of loan-related policies, and coordination with internal teams to ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience. Key Responsibilities: • Interact with customers at assigned educational institute partners. • Explain the loan process in detail, including EMI debit schedules, loan closure procedures, and cancellation policies. • Complete the end-to-end loan processing for customers in an accurate and timely manner. • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the loan journey. • Handover customer data to the designated Propelld Relationship Manager or Sales Manager upon completion of the loan process for further service and support.
