Responsibilities

• Market Research and Analysis (Business Development): Designs and executes market analysis to determine market trends, changing demands and requirements of the target market.
• Solicits feedback on products and services and relays information to superior for input on product development - annual performance survey for TAWI/Quadsys and end of project survey for Easyhomes.
• Makes recommendations on product improvements based on feedback of clients.
• Prepares sales forecast based on reliable assumptions.
• Prepares budget for the marketing and sales department, monitors consumption vs. budget.
• Approves the weekly itinerary of the sales team.
• Leads and supervises new product launches.
• Prepares feasibility studies and facilitates new products’ market testing.
• Leads staff in the development of marketing strategies and marketing paraphernalia.
