Our client, a leading European Hospitality SaaS company , backed by a major Private Equity firm and scaling rapidly with an AI-powered product roadmap, is hiring its Sales Development Manager (SDR/BDR Lead) to build and scale a high-performing pipeline-generation team across European markets.


Key Responsibilities


Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Recruit, onboard and develop a high-performing Inbound SDR & Outbound BDR team
  • Set clear expectations, goals and development plans focused on pipeline quality
  • Review call recordings and email outreach — provide ongoing coaching on prospecting, discovery, qualification and objection handling
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs (activities, meetings booked, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline value)
