Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point-of-contact for in-store customers, delivering outstanding customer service.
- Drive sales through knowledgeable communication about products and services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all inventory to answer customer inquiries and make recommendations.
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management and ensuring store cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. team to meet targets and contribute to recruitment industry insights.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree minimum; further education in sales/marketing is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
