Participants join Herc Rentals’ exclusive Black and Gold Academy, an immersive sales training and development program that prepares individuals for possible placement into a Territory Sales Representative role upon completion of the 12‑month program. The program provides structured coaching, industry knowledge, hands‑on field experience, and a defined path toward future advancement in sales and sales leadership.
