Full‑Time Job

Position is a replacement of an existing expat member who will return to our overseas branch.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Creates and refines strategies to increase sales revenue and market share, often collaborating with the interlinking department.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Japanese and English).
  • Ability to analyze sales data and performance.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Graduate of any 4‑year Business‑Related Courses.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Language Proficiency Certification.
  • At least 3‑5 years of related work experience.
