Your day-to-day
As a member of the global Webfleet team, you will have to deliver the following:
- Updating balances and account statements for customers and suppliers
- Administrative follow-up
- Management of accounts receivable
- Balance reconciliation
- Creation and stamping of invoices and payment slips
- Reconciliation of invoices/payment slips between CONTPAQi and the internal system
- Reviewing files and amending descriptions as requested by the client
