Job Summary

The Sales Support Assistantis responsible for servicing walk-in customers of the Loan Processing Office. This position performs approved processes in line with Bank standards and requirements. 

Key Responsibilities


  • Prepares and consolidates Sales reports



  • Handles inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients



  • Act as a liason with other units in the resolution of operational and service issues
