Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team leaders / members.
- Quote prices, credit terms and delivery conditions.
- Prepare picking (parts requisition) notes.
- Generate sales invoices / cash memos and delivery orders.
- Attend to customer enquiries and follow‑up.
- General clerical duties such as filing etc.
- Perform ad‑hoc duties / tasks as required by the Company or instructed by the team leader.
- Perform stock‑take duties.
- Minimum GCE N/O level
- Proficient in MS Office and PC literate
- Preferably with Admin Experience
Salary Range: $2,600 to $4,000 (inclusive of incentives)
