Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team leaders / members.
  • Quote prices, credit terms and delivery conditions.
  • Prepare picking (parts requisition) notes.
  • Generate sales invoices / cash memos and delivery orders.
  • Attend to customer enquiries and follow‑up.
  • General clerical duties such as filing etc.
  • Perform ad‑hoc duties / tasks as required by the Company or instructed by the team leader.
  • Perform stock‑take duties.
Qualifications
  • Minimum GCE N/O level
  • Proficient in MS Office and PC literate
  • Preferably with Admin Experience

Salary Range: $2,600 to $4,000 (inclusive of incentives)
