Key Responsibilities

Customer Operations Support

  • Respond to enquiries received via general mailbox in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure all incoming emails and requests are addressed and resolved efficiently
  • Conduct quality checks on outsourced (BPO) operations to ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards
  • Provide operational support for customer service activities when required, including outside regular hours

Sales Operations & Billing Support

  • Prepare billing data and generate invoices for corporate clients
  • Verify and process landlord invoices and coordinate with finance teams for timely payments
