We are looking for an experienced Salesforce / Certinia developer to support a billing transformation initiative focused on process automation, exception handling, and Certinia-to-NetSuite integration improvements.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with both the Salesforce platform and Certinia PSA/Billing capabilities, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Configuration & Platform Support

• Configure and support Certinia PSA and Billing processes
• Enhance Salesforce (objects, flows, validation rules, approvals)
• Build and optimize billing automation & exception workflows
