Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud and custom force.com
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, LWC
  • Hands‑on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, OwnBackup & OwnBackup Archiver
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Advanced English is a must
  • Hybrid role in CDMX
Responsibilities
  • Application Management / Support & Maintenance
  • Perform day‑to‑day application management activities
  • Support external and internal audits and adhere to compliance processes like GxP, SOx
  • Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
  • Provide Level 2 support for Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud or any custom force.com application and related applications
