Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customise Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, and related platform capabilities.
• Configure and implement Salesforce features across Service Cloud and other platform modules.
• Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Participate in Agile sprint activities including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
