Job Location : Bangalore / Coimbatore Responsibilities - Portfolio Oversight: Manage multiple concurrent Salesforce implementations, ensuring they meet organizational standards, budget constraints, and delivery timelines. Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for Implementation Leads and Administrators. Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. Strategic Road mapping: Collaborate with senior leadership to align Salesforce initiatives with the broader company vision and long-term digital transformation goals. Project Governance: Define and enforce implementation methodologies (Agile/Scrum), documentation standards, and QA protocols across all projects.
