Salesforce Technical Engineering Manager

Resource Innovations (RI) is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Technical Engineering Manager to lead and support a team of Salesforce Engineers and Administrators within our growing software organization. This role is ideal for a strong technical leader who is comfortable actively contributing to the design, development, and implementation of SaaS applications on Salesforce platform, while leading the team and driving delivery of solutions.

In this role, you will manage and lead a team of engineers while remaining deeply involved in the technical development of Salesforce solutions. You will partner closely with Product Management and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, high-quality SaaS solutions.
