Role Focus & Skill Priority-

- Primary emphasis is on functional and stakeholder-facing capabilities, not purely technical skills

- Techno-functional profile preferred, but:

o Functional + delivery/project management skills carry higher weightage

o BW expertise is important for context, but not expected to be deeply hands-on

- Strong requirement for:

o Stakeholder management (client-facing)

o Team leadership (10–12 BW team members)

o Structured delivery and communication skills
