Job Description- Should have exp in SAP Basis + L2 and L3 Support experience + troubleshooting exp + Netweaver Java 1.Ensuring Day-to-day quality service delivery and defining, tracking, and achieving various ambitious service KPIs and SLA¿s. 2.
