Role Responsibilities

  • Bill Of Material Review Analysis – review technical accuracy of the Bill of Material and provide feedback to the Sales Team.
  • Technical validation of customer landscape and analysis of Early Watch Reports.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team on architecture, landscape, and to-be state; size the to-be landscape for migrations.
  • Customer Deal Support – Pre-Signature: Prepare Technical Assessments; conduct technical assessments with customers; perform workshops with customers (networking, HA concepts, RACI reviews).
  • Customer Deal Support – Post-Signature: Onboarding Questionnaire Support; answer questions related to delivery; provide delivery with key information during the sales cycle; enable turnover to delivery of key items during the sales cycle; answer delivery-specific questions.
  • Minimal hands-on work; focus on SAP technologies (BTP/Integration Suite/Cloud Solutions/Upgrade Migration Strategies).
