SAP EWM Officer

Position: SAP EWM Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation and support of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Analyze business requirements and provide effort estimates for enhancements and projects.
• Prepare key documentation (functional specs, configurations, test scripts).
• Perform unit, integration, regression testing, and support UAT.
• Provide post-go-live (hypercare) support.
• Coordinate with vendors for delivery, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Handle day-to-day user inquiries and system issues.
• Conduct knowledge transfer to support teams.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of SAP EWM configuration and enhancement experience.
• Strong skills in fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user training.
