Role & Responsibilities
  • Act as Functional Lead within the Operations team
  • Own and drive end-to-end SAP SD solutions across development and operations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and support tickets within defined SLAs
  • Identify problems and propose sustainable solutions
  • Configure system changes and support production issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain solution documentation and guides
