JD- SAP HCM - (OM, PA, time) Experience: 5-7 Years End-to-End SAP-ERP project (BBP to module Go-live) SAP Certification is preferred Indian payroll experience is must At least 2 end to end implementations in PSU / Govt. Segment Candidate should have 5years on HCM platform. Personnel Administration, Org Management, Time Management, Payroll – India, ESS & MSS. Involved in workshops for requirement gathering of the client business processes. Coordinate with the stakeholders during requirement gathering and execution phases. Hands-on capabilities in Blueprinting, Configuration and Testing the complete process cycles. Possess strong knowledge on Organization management, Personnel administration, Time management, Payroll & ESS/MSS.
